Pre-School Payment Terms

• Additional sessions over and above the "free hours" entitlement are charged at £15.00 per session. Morning sessions are: 9am – 12pm, and afternoon sessions run between: 12pm – 3pm.

• Online bookings can't be made on the day, any adhoc bookings must be booked through the school office and paid for through your online account.

• Once the booking form has been submitted, no changes can be made.  All sessions will be fully payable. 

• A late pick-up charge fee of £5.00 per child will be charged for the first 10 minutes after the booked collection time and for every 10 minutes thereafter.

• Any cancellations/illness for sessions are non-refundable.
